The following policies are in effect for 2024 Annual Ticket:
- A check in at the pro shop constitutes a checked round, be it 9 or18 holes prior to play, additional round(s) pay or check card for extra 9 hole cart. Excludes unlimited/unlimited ticket.
- Annual Card must be presented for validation prior to play.
- No credit will be given for unused rounds after the expiration date.
- Purchaser may not upgrade a Limited 52 ticket to a Limited75 or 90 ticket.
- All golfers must register at the Pro Shop desk prior to play.
- Appropriate golf attire is recommended. Shirt and shoes are required at all times.
- Range Club (unlimited range balls) can get 4 tokens at a time maximum
- Reserved starting times will be accepted one week in advance. All other players first come first served. NO SIXSOMES ANY TIME.
- The Pro Shop personnel will have authority to and will pair up players into foursomes and fivesomes when appropriate.
- No ball hunting or fishing permitted. For your own safety, please stay out of all lakes and native areas.
- Golf carts are rented on a first come, first served basis. No private carts will be used on Ben Geren Golf Course.
- The golf course shall be closed on days when golf grounds are deemed “unplayable” by either Golf Pro or the Golf Course Superintendent (usually due to inclement weather).
- The golf course “Ranger” has total authority to control golfers on the golf course under the above mentioned rules.
- The Annual Green Fee Ticket does not grant any share, interest or ownership of any kind in Ben Geren Golf Course and may not be applicable for tournament play.
- Rainchecks will only be given out due to rain-events on the day of the tee time and medical emergencies on the course or a family member off the course.
- The Unlimited golf and cart package CAN be used towards Ben Geren hosted tournament entries with the player responsible for 50% of the tournament fee. MGA hosted events are not included. Fourball is and MGA hosted event.
- Unlimited golf and cart ticket may be paid in two installments. Date of purchase and June 1st.
- No refund or credit will be issued either in full or in part at any time during the year.
- IF CART RULES ARE CONTINUALLY BROKEN, BY DRIVING TO CLOSE TO GREENS OR TEE BOXES OR OTHER CART POLICY INFRACTIONS, BEN GEREN GOLF COURSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE CART PRIVILEGES WITH NO REFUND.
